By accessing or using AI ToolStation ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use this Service or make any purchases.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this Service and make purchases. By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Digital Products

All products sold through this site are digital downloads. Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link via email. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products for personal or internal business purposes.

Download links are valid for 365 days from purchase and are limited to a reasonable number of downloads. If a link expires or you encounter download issues, contact us at support@aitoolstation.shop for assistance. Product updates, if any, are provided at our discretion.

Payments are processed securely by Creem.io, our Merchant of Record and authorized seller. Your payment relationship is directly with Creem.io, and Creem.io's Terms of Service (available at creem.io/terms) govern the payment transaction. We do not have access to or store your full credit card number, CVV, or other payment credentials.

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) are calculated at checkout and remitted by Creem.io.

5. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly upon payment, our refund policy is as follows:

General Policy. We offer a 30-day refund window from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@aitoolstation.shop with your order details. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Conditions. Because digital products are accessible immediately after purchase, we may assess refund requests based on whether the product has been downloaded, accessed, or used. A refund is not automatic for every request; we evaluate each case fairly. However, we will not refuse a refund where doing so would violate mandatory consumer protection law.

EU/UK Consumer Withdrawal Right. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this withdrawal right expires once performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By completing checkout and immediately accessing digital products, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the loss of your statutory withdrawal right.

Exceptions. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms (e.g., bulk purchases followed by refund requests, or requests made after the 30-day window).

6. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, prompts, and materials available on this site are the intellectual property of AI ToolStation or its licensors. You retain all rights to the original content you create using our templates (e.g., data you enter into a spreadsheet, text you write using a prompt, information you input into a resume template). We claim no ownership over your original content. However, the underlying templates, designs, code, prompts, and structural elements remain our intellectual property and are licensed, not sold, to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties; No Professional Advice

Products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that products will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be error-free.

No Professional Advice. Our products — including but not limited to contract templates, legal forms, resume templates, financial spreadsheets, and prompt packs — are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, career, or other professional advice. No attorney-client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of our products. Contract templates and legal documents may not be suitable for your specific situation or jurisdiction. You should consult a qualified professional (such as a licensed attorney or accountant) before relying on any template for legally significant matters. We assume no liability for actions taken based on our products.

AI-Generated Content. Products may include prompts designed for use with artificial intelligence tools. Any output generated by AI tools is the sole responsibility of the user. AI outputs may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies. Always review, verify, and edit AI-generated content before use, particularly for legal, financial, or employment purposes.

No Specific Results. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to job interviews, job offers, business results, financial gains, or legal enforceability of documents.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AI ToolStation be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your download links and any information used to access your purchases. Download links are limited to a reasonable number of uses to prevent unauthorized sharing. We may suspend or terminate access to purchased products if you materially violate these Terms (e.g., unauthorized redistribution).

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Consumer Protection Notice. If you are a consumer residing in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory consumer protection rights or dispute resolution procedures (including the European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, or Canada), nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of your local law. Where required by mandatory law, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

Payment Disputes. Because Creem.io acts as the Merchant of Record for payment processing, payment-related disputes (including chargebacks and refund processing) may also be subject to Creem.io's terms of service, available at creem.io/terms.

12. General Provisions

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order confirmations, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI ToolStation regarding the Service.

Force Majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party service failures, natural disasters, or government actions.

No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Assignment. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
